Top 10 Practice Management Insights to Build a More Referable Practice
Vince J. Crivello
VP, Practice Management
In a successful referral-based business, your ideal clients are not just those you enjoy working with, but those who enjoy working with you. In fact, these clients think so highly of your business that they become advocates for you. How do you know if your clients are also your advocates? Vince’s presentation will elaborate on practice management practices that will enable to build a business that turns clients into raving fans and powerful advocates. Topics covered include:
•Marketing strategy - value proposition, target client profile
•Benchmarking insights—what drives successful firms and the role of referrals in building a great firm
•Technology— using CRM as a key enabler
•Experience—referrals are really about building a more referable experience. And since the advisor’s product is the experience, how should they think about designing a better experience in those terms.
•Social media: table stake for expecting referrals…and introductions, more importantly.
•Succession planning: it’s a key to growth with the next generation as well as having a small account solution—even if the advisor doesn’t provide the service, they can refer out.
