For the true beginner!
Welcome to a practice that will change the way you look at movement and your body forever! Pilates is known to increase core strength, mindfulness and transform the way you move, in as little as 30 sessions. Chiropractors and physical therapists have been using Pilates as a safe way to help clients strengthen themselves from the inside out.
For the next 5 weeks, you will be a part of a group of 3 other beginners as you dive into the fundamentals of the Pilates practice. You will have the chance to work on the reformer, tower and, chair apparatus, learning impeccable technique from one of our classically trained certified Pilates instructors.
You will also learn about your own alignment and movement compensation patterns along with exercises to help correct them.
Once you've completed this 5-week program, you will have a strong understanding of the method and be able to continue on into any apparatus or mat classes on the schedule.
Tuesdays at 7am and 7:30pm
Thursdays at 8am
Saturdays at 2:30pm
